Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is in a prime location just outside the town center, offering excellent views right by the beach. The rooms are spacious and modern, but the dining experience could be improved with more variety. The service provided is top-notch, making for a great stay.
The hotel is wonderfully located right on the seafront, with stunning views of the beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although the outdated bathroom design and old-style sash windows may not suit everyone. The service, despite being provided by a single staff member who was a bit impolite, was still top-notch from reception to management. Dining offers great quality ingredients and a lovely view, though the options might be limited for some. The facilities are well-maintained, but there are few drawbacks like the aging room amenities and the need for updates in certain areas.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms had a great Seaview and were very comfortable, with a beautiful view, although a little more fresh air would have been nice. The service was top-notch, from the reception staff all the way up to the manager, making for a great customer service experience. The location couldn't have been better, right by the beach with a lovely central position within Lowestoft. The dining experience was delightful, with good quality ingredients and a lovely view. The facilities were fantastic overall, offering everything I needed for a great stay.
